Andrew Tay 

Executive Senior Manager, BBA 2015 

Andrew Tay was brought on to the BSA Board of Directors as Chairman for BCR2024.

He is a specialist financial planner, with main niches in working with professionals and business owners. Concurrently, he also leads and mentors a team of young and vibrant associates as an Executive Senior Manager in Great Eastern, helping establish and co-founding his group, Maven Financial – a part of Advisors’ Clique Collective.

Graduating from NUS Business School with a BBA in May 2015, Andrew joined the financial services industry, and has managed to achieve numerous top accolades in financial services. He credits this to having some of the best mentors in the industry, and certainly the many clients who have entrusted him with their lives.

Andrew has qualified for Court of Table membership, with a 7-time consecutive MDRT – hallmarks of excellence in his industry. Further to this, he qualified the past 6 years as a Lifetime EntrePlanner - representing the top 2% of advisors in his company of more than 5000. Other awards include Top Manager in his agency of more than 1000 advisors, Associate of the Year, New Associate of the Year, and Top Rookie Awards with his firm.

In addition to his Bachelors’, Andrew holds an Advanced Diploma in Wealth Management. He is also concurrently a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter (CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®), a certified Estate Planner (ASEP®), is Qualified with the Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore (IBFA), and holds several further Certificates in advanced financial planning. With these perspectives in mind, he goal is to inspire trust with his clients, associates, and mentees.

Andrew is also an appointed Associate Trainer with Great Eastern, as has spoken at several industry and regional platforms - the latest notable event being Platform Speaker at GE Malaysia's Great Leo Conference to an audience of 2000.
