Gracelyn is a banking professional with over 30 years of experience in C-suite, regional and global leadership roles. Some of the organisations she has worked for include ABN AMRO, Morgan Stanley and UBS, across Capital Markets, Financial Institutions, Private Wealth, Digital Banking, Investment Advisory, Strategy, Business Development, Marketing Communications and General Management.
Gracelyn has deep experience in stewardship of startups, having built and grown several banking businesses organically and profitably, in several global financial institutions of different cultures and led successful teams of diverse professionals across Asia Pacific, New York and Amsterdam.
Gracelyn currently serves on the Board of Leap201, a Singapore based venture philanthropy in impact investing in Indonesia, Cambodia and Myanmar alongside migrant workers issues in Singapore. She also serves on YMCA Programs Committee, NUS-YMCA’s VSMP Resource Panel and NUSS panel of Mentors. Gracelyn is an active community leader and a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors. She has spoken, hosted and moderated for various physical and virtual events of Singapore Institute of Directors, The Fintech Academy (Singapore), Spectrum, Tigherhall, NUS, NTU and YMCA.
She is an effective communicator in English, business Chinese and Cantonese, Taiwanese and some Bahasa Indonesia and Japanese.
