Helming the role of Chief Executive at Xcellink, Jen Nie directs her team of management professionals and consultants to deliver Enterprise ICT workforce augmentation services and technology operations management solutions for multinational corporations as well as for public sector projects. 

Always seeking to amalgamate her technology business services market experience that spans across two exciting decades of rapid industry transformation, Jen Nie enjoys corporate strategy management work and is passionate about driving innovation-led organization agility & growth. 

Currently serving at Singapore's technology industry federation aka SGTech as 2nd Vice Chairman of the Singapore Enterprise Chapter Exco, Jen Nie is also onboard the SGTech Talent Steering Committee’s mission to work on Singapore manpower and jobs initiatives for the rapidly evolving Technology sector. She is an active participant and supporter of various industry-led ideation initiatives and mentoring programs supporting the growth and development of ICT tertiary students and contributes her views on SMB business transformation regularly through business community sharing platforms, dialogues and events.

Having dedicated her career extensively to the technology services sector, Jen Nie is accorded with the Senior Member status conferred by the Singapore Computer Society for her leadership work & experience as a technology industry professional. In the Year of 2020, Jen Nie received honorary recognition alongside with notable industry professionals for the inaugural edition of the Singapore 100 Women in Tech List as awarded by the Singapore Computer Society and Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore.
