   • To receive and, if approved, to pass the Annual Report of NUSBSA for the year ended 31 March 2024.
4. Financial Report 2024
   • To receive and, if approved, to pass the Balance Sheet and the Statement of Accounts and the Audited Financial Statements of NUSBSA for the financial year ended 31 March 2024.
5. Composition of the Board of Management
   • Appreciation and thanks to the outgoing members of the current co-opted BODs.
   • To elect FIFTEEN (15) members of the Board of Directors and TWO (2) Honorary Auditors of the NUSBSA.
6. To transact any other business
