The morning of 24 July heralded the second session of a 3-part "Experience Coaching" Event organised by NUSBSA's Career Panel Advisory Wing (CAP) and International Coaching Federation (IFC). The one-on-one coaching sessions kicked off after a warm welcome and opening remarks by Gracelyn Ho, Chairperson for CAP and an introduction to the topic of coaching by Amily Ang, Director of Partnership of ICF.

The one-on-one coaching sessions lasted 45 minutes and gave the participants a safe place to deep dive into issues that concerned them with the assistance of a professional coach. From the sessions, the participants were able to gain clarity on their burning topics like overcoming personal fears, weaknesses, public speaking, corporate navigation, sustaining a business and many more.

The sessions were enjoyable and insightful, reflected by the lively sharing session that ensued with loads of positive takeaways for the participants.
