Notice to Trade Creditors
NUS Business School Alumni Association (NUSBSA)
The NUS Business School Alumni Association (NUSBSA) is in the process of reviewing and reconciling longstanding accounts payable records.
All trade creditors with outstanding payments due from NUSBSA are hereby invited to come forward with documentary evidence of debt or supporting invoices no later than 30 November 2025.
Please submit the following details for verification:
- Name of creditor / company
- Contact person and details (email, phone number)
- Invoice number(s), amount(s) due, and date(s) issued
- Any relevant correspondence or proof of transaction
Submissions may be sent via email to: secretariat@nusbsa.org
After 30 November 2025, any unverified or unsubstantiated claims will be deemed null and void, and the corresponding payable balances will be written off in accordance with NUSBSA’s financial policies and Board approval.
